"Hello and thank you for visiting my website! It means a lot to me you are here. My name is Joseph Cavender, but people just call me Joe.

I am the owner of 525Konstruction and have two wonderful children, both are whom are grown and on their own. I recently started this business within the last year and I am very excited to provide my services to the Bloomington/Normal community.

I have done real estate investing, flipping and building houses for decades. I finally decided to take my experience to a new career field. So far I have been blessed and I am keeping very busy, thanks to people like you."

Hobbies & Faith

"I like to do anything outdoors, festivals, bike rides, hikes, gardening. I love to cook, shop and go to an occasional movie. I love to go to church, and I am a member at Eastview Church. It is such a great feeling to be welcomed to such a wonderful community and I am so excited to serve this community for years to come."

Our Roots

"As for the origins of the name 525 Konstruction, I am a believer in Jesus Christ and He is my Lord and Savior. I have so much to be thankful for. In reading scripture, Jesus performed many miracles and one that resonates with me is when Jesus fed 5000 people, with only 5 loaves and 2 fishes, amazing! There it is 5 (loaves) 2 (fishes) Jesus feds 5000 (5K) making 525Konstruction."
